It all started with a bold decision by a do-it-yourselfer with a perfectionist bent. In other words, when Dave decided to paint his den bright red. Soon enough, Dave was seeing red. Too much of it, in fact. Tape after tape, try after try, he couldn't seem to keep the red paint from encroaching onto his white ceiling.
Applying his engineering background, he examined the problem more closely. And he came to realize that the challenge wasn't the tape. It was, and always will be, the surface. Paint bleeds through because tape can't fill the gaps created by surface texture.
So Dave set out to develop a product that could form a more complete barrier. And five years later, 'SnotTape was born.
